Set up will be available the Tuesday, October 7th in the afternoon from 3-5 PM. There will be set up on Wednesday, October 8th 6:30 AM until 8:00 registration time. 

Wi-Fi will be available for Trade Show booth personnel the day of the conference. Please see Gwen for more information.

The Trade Show Speed Round will introduce our vendors before the mid-morning break. Each booth will have 1 minute to pitch their booth to the attendees to provide information for your products and services. We introduced this during our 2024 conference. It was well received by the vendors and attendees. Participation is not mandatory but will be a unique opportunity to let attendees know who you are and what products and services you have to offer.

Vendor Raffle is voluntary and will be held during the Speed Round. Immediately after the participants for each company do their one-minute plug, they draw a name from the attendee-only pool (vendor names will not be included as was requested by our vendors after last year). If you do not wish to participate, you will just exit the presentation area. 

Trade show times are 8:00-9:00am and 10:25-11:00am (right after speed round) with coffee and breakfast items being served during both time slots. There will also be time during the lunch break (Noon to 1:15pm) and at the end of the day for additional contact time.
