Set up will be available the day before the conference on Tuesday, October 6th from 3-5PM. You will also be able to set up the morning of the conference on Wednesday, October 7th from 6:30-8:AM.  

 

Trade show times are 8:00-9:00am and 10:25-11:00am with coffee and breakfast items being served during both time slots. There will also be time during the lunch break (Noon to 1:15pm) as well at the end of the day for additional contact time.

Wi-Fi will be available for Trade Show booth personnel the day of the conference. Please see our executive director, John Lewandowski for more information.

We will once again be introducing our vendors before the mid-morning break. Each vendor will be given a 1 minute sales pitch to provide information about their products and services.  If you would like to raffle an item or service off you can do so after your pitch.  Raffle donations are optional, but recommended.
